cash or teavellers cheques
i have seen numerous threads regarding taking cash or levs, but what about travellers cheques, will i still get good exchange rates.

No, travellers cheques is probably the worst exchange rate.
Better taking Sterling or cards plus a few Levs to get you started.

We get our Levs here, then if need a top up go to an ATM. Have some 10 levs for tipping available when you get there.
