Last year when in boro,we were told that the fast drag lifts at the top of the gondola ( you all know the ones, by the time you are at the top, your legs are killing you) were going to be replaced with a four man chair lift. Does anyone know if this is the case and if so will it be for this season?re: chairlifts
Not this season....but we also heard about the possible replacement of the button lifts last year for a chairlift.
Would be nice when they do as it is really hard on the legs. Last season my hubby got shown by the locals to place your ski pole between your bum and the button...makes a huge difference as you tend to relax alot more taking the pressure away from your inner muscles etc. The pole acts like a tee bar.
Bit hard if your a boarder....no poles......
