it's better to bring some leva and more sterling, because the exchange rate is pretty good here. If you need more money from your card and can't use a cash machine be carefull where you get it from, think i've just been ripped off by the change booth out-side the main doors of the rila. not sure yet but I asked for 300 lv it says no commision but on the recipet it looks like they've taken 371 lv from my card, I asked her about it and she explained why it said that in broken english so i'll ...
