checking in appartement Rila

Hi, does anyone have experience with checking in at appartment Rila? We are arriving this Saterday at 8.45 at Sofia already, but according to our travel agency we can only check in at 18.00 and our 2 year old son really needs his afternoon sleep! Does anyone know if you can check in earlier than 18.00? Thanks, Monique

You will be able to get your rep to sort things out for you i cant imagine they would just dump you there knowing you cant check in

Don't worry,the reception at the rila is huge,and has a dozen or so seated areas with large sofa's and armchairs.Don't be afraid to ask for anything you need,staff are very friendly and helpful.
