Hi Brad,
I haven't seen anywhere, and I have to say if I did see it I'd avoid it at all costs. I might be generalising a bit, but in my experience traditional Bulgarian food is fantastic, but Bulgarian restaurants trying to do other types of food is invariably disastrous! They would have to import the cheese for a start as Bulgarian cheese wouldn't work, and I can't imagine anyone going to that expense. My advice if you want a treat would be go to one of the traditional mehanas and pre-order a special - roast lamb and roast pork are normally great!

re:cheese fondue in Bansko

cheers Matt,

kids are real carnivores and have enjoyed the Lamb and pork dishes in Borovets.

good point about potential for things to go wrong.lol. BG really does not do other dishes that well, however their local food and roast meats are fantastic!

Fondue with that yellow cheese would be interesting to say the least.
