chepelare webcam...

just looked at the chepelare webcam and i cant work out wheather its snowing or not, something is going on though...

anyone else got an opinion on what they reckon, visibility goes right down, at times and you can see large whisps of some sort of precipitation, especially in the topp webcam, (these are live webcams)

Looks like rain or sleet to me. Give it time and it may turn to snow.

Yep certainly is something even saw a light come on in the place opposite the webcam
