childrens ski school

Does anyone know if there any sort of childminding facility for kids in ski school at lunch time or do parents have to collect, feed and drop kids back off later for the afternoon session???

at kindergarden in pamps you can leave kids all day they are given lunch you can collect them at 3/4 oclock it was very good although this was two years ago.they also teach them to ski and take them sledging etc hope this helps.

Thanks Julian, but I've already booked them into ski school as they are a bit older than kindergarten but not old enough to be left on their own for lunch - littlin is only 7.

Hi I do not have children but people in our group just left them wuth their instructor. One had two way radio so if their children needed anything thay could get in touch.

We were thinking of taking the radios anyway, but this does sound like a good idea.

if the ski school proves to much 4 ur 7 year old u can transfer them to kindergarden strictly speaking pamps ski school is 4 8years +. it dosnt cost anything to change we did this midweek at xmas. just speak to the ladies ay kindergarden they r very helpful. r ur instructor

Hi Lisa, last year I was anxious, my 8 and 7 yr old went off all day with ski school, including giving them money for lunch with the ski instructor. They had a fab time, loved having their own money and ordering Pizza & Chips every lunch time!!!!!!!!!!! Can't wait for Feb this year. Hope this helps. Yvette
