Col, just to let you know all cigarettes go up on Jan 1 in BG--- a very gig hike (approx 1 lev per pack)--still makes them a lot cheaper than here--will now be approax £1 a pck as of jan 1

Hey col been told there's nothing at Plodiv airport not even a shop don't know if thats true but wouldn't take a chance.. Don't forget ur going out of the EU so prices at the airport over here are duty free so should be cheap...

re: cigs for Mother-in-law

Flew into Plovdiv Feb last year, youre right there is no duty free or shop, just a small snack bar selling coffee nasty pies and chocolate. Its like an old army base, but dont worry about your return trip just enjoy the skiing!

re: cigs for Mother-in-law

Oh and by the way those cigs get them at the airport on the way out there you allowed 200 each person each way so 800 will be safe for you... you will not get that brand in bulgaria...
