Double lensed goggles are the only type that will stand up to very cold temperatures and blizzards. The cheaper single lense goggles just mist/fog up and you won't be able to see damn thing which renders them useless. If the sun is out, little or no wind then just wearing your sunglasses will suffice. You are best to take both in my opinion.
If you are staying in the Morgavets or Perelik you don't need to go outside in the evening as the main night clubs can be accessed by covered walkways.
Pack some glad-rags -- the sort of things you would wear to a disco back home as the night life is great and I'm sure you'll want to look your best.
