It was bloomin cold crossing the tarmac to the plane last night in Plovdiv - blowing a gale too - brrrrrrr.
I didn't find it too bad last week. Colder towards end of week, just take usual precautions. Several thin layers better than a single thick one. Take a hat and I found a scarf/something to protect my face esp. when snowing. My rule of thumb is it's easier to take sommat off rather than wish you'd brought it with you.
Obviously if there's a wind blowin' it feels much chillier ...
