complaints about hotel

I am writing my dear friends to let you know about Marandini hotel. I have never seen this kind of behaviour in the services industry. They do not even know how
the word "hospitality" is spelt. On the last day (although we paid in advance the full amount) the old lady in the reception was asking for additional money, and now
they are asking us to pay for a damage that never took place. BY NO MEANS
DO NOT GO THERE....

There is a Marandini Hotel is in Bansko, i think by the mail address that our friends are from Germany, i think good advice going by their experience....

Gotcha Kiwi1, Duh, gonna have to get new glasses, i knew it was not UK, and i work with networks, no wonder they rarely work !!!!!!
