Hi, can anyone tell me whether the Hotel Snezhanka reception has an email address and if so what is it, we are going out on the 4th Feb and would like to request a bath rather than a shower in our room and I was hoping that I could contact them, have requested it through thomas cook/neilson but they didn't sound to convincing that they would pass the request on. Counting the days now, can't wait, looks great out there.re: contacting hotel snezhanka
take it nobody knows, any ideas how I can find out, can't see it on a goggle search

might be worth doing a post for Snow white or waiting till she sees this as she deals with Snezhanka loads

Sorry - been slacking today and not looked at the board till now. I must make a note - bgski comes before work! bgski comes before family and bgski comes before cleaning up cat sick!

Penny - I hope you get a reply - I know they are not brilliant with their comms. I also know that none of the apartments have baths so if you have booked an apartment a bath is not an option. I think there are some hotel rooms with baths ...
