Does anybody know the cost of an lift pass for a larger area beyond the nursery slopes so beginners can ski with their more experienced peers by the end of the week.
not sure how much it is to buy in bansko, but can you not buy one with the company you are flying with? - they tend to be the cheapest option to buy before you go.
Yes we have bough beginners lift passes in the UK, but one of the boys is intermediate, and we have heard that the beginners passes have only limited ski runs, so they wanted the option of extending this locally on the last couple of days, so that the better beginners can ski together with the intermediate boy.
I have only been to Bansko for one day - but thought there was only one type of ski pass, that allows you to go on all the lifts - I know in Pamporovo my friends who are advanced buy the beginner ski package, so they get the gear and the pass cheap - they do not have any lessons.
Maybe do another post just to check the ski passes in Bansko allow you use of all the ski lifts.
Or buy an intermediate ski package for him, and then he can have a a few lessons if he wants, - have the beginners ...

Or buy an intermediate ski package for him, and then he can have a a few lessons if he wants, - have the beginners skid before? if they have then they will probably not want to go in a beginner class - I am not sure but think you can get away with buying beginner packages and still going in an intermediate class - again maybe someone else on here can clarify that.
