Who said you can buy anything on the Black Market there????

It's all about Economics and not that hard to work out.
The pound is much stronger than the lev therefore it will buy you much more.

UK wages are 10 times what a Bulgarian would earn pro-rata, but most Bulgarians work 10 times harder than we do.

Consider yourself fortunate that we live in a country with a stable and valuable currency.
