cosy bars

Off to Borovets in January, have a couple of non skiers coming with us who just want to spend the week in and out of cozy bars sitting in front of blazing log fires, drinking brandy and hot chocolate. Any suggestions?

Think you already have the best suggestion - sitting in cozy bars in front of a real log fire having a hot choccie with brandy. Sounds perfect to me Very Happy

There are so many in Boro it's hard to list them all, During the day you i would imagine that they would like to sit on the slopes watch people, and you have lots to chose from Mamma Mias and Avalance to name just two. They may also want to get a gondola pass to go up the top and watch what goes on up there (although obviously more expensive) in the evening Katies, Titantic, White Magic, Frankies, Black Cat, Happy Duck, the place next to Fraser's chalet the name escapes me at the moment. ...

The list is endless, i'm sure there are plenty others that people will mention too. Enjoy

Plenty of lovely and homely bars for all tastes, you have the white magic with the perfect host in Christov(complete nutter) the bar next door forgot name at moment is nice and quiet with a lovely log fire and nice shot as you wak in, just down the hill you have the happy duck with two lads blasting out the songs which is always a good night. You will be spoilt for choice just a top resort ENJOY Wink Booze

I can defo recommend Titanic for the best Brandy and Hot Chocolate! They melt real chocolate into it apparently and are very generous with the brandy! Bar staff are lovely there too, altho could never get a seat directly next to the fire. I reckon your mates could save you a space if they are not skiers though! Can't wait to get back there! Very Happy
