re: creche facilities

There is a playroom in the Pamorovo Hotel, and there is some sort of children's entertainment service - chargable. I left my 2 year old there for an hour a couple of times last year. Don't know if its available to non guests but I would think so. Drop in for a drink and ask at reception. Otherwise tag on to a group that has children already and sort yourselves out! (I'm going on the 23rd with my now three yr old if that helps!)

My daughter (6) was at kindergarten in Pamps at Christmas this was on the first floor of the shopping centre between murgavets and perelik. She had a great time.

Can never understand why people have kids then want to "palm them off" Esp with people they dont even know.
We have never been abroad bar Lapland last year, and that was for the kids.
This is for the kids too.
They are going to make snowmen and sledge, and we will delight in seeing their faces.
Why dont people either wait to have kids and do all these things first, or wait till they're older and do things for their kids now, and enjoy watching the fun their kids have????
I just cant ...

Good grief man, open up your mind. What are you saying, that anyone with kids should have them by their side 24/7? Why?

Its great having kids (of course), but a couple of hours on your own with your partner isn't going to do them any harm and might do you the world of good.

Why would you not leave your kids with someone you don't know - are you that mistrustful of people you don't know? Isn't it possible they might meet people with entirely different outlooks to your own and learn ...

Isn't it possible they might meet people with entirely different outlooks to your own and learn something you could never teach them? I'm happy to leave mine for a while, to give poor old mum a well deserved break, if only to teach him to trust other people - not be niave, just recognise that the vast vast majority of other people other than his parents are generally pretty good and will try to help each other out.

re: creche facilities

I'm a Mum, not a man!!

No i wouldnt trust people i dont know. That is my decision. You hear some awful stories and it is not a risk i want to take.
I get a break every day when they are at school. I prefer to spend their time out of school with them.
I'm just saying I take my kids on holiday for THEM, not me, or us.
We go to British holiday parks twice a year because thats what they want to do.
We are taking them to Bulgaria for the snow. because they love the snow and we rarely see ...

My hubby feels the same as me; he loves spending time with our kids. We wouldn't dream of going away and not spending our time with them.
I just can't understand parents who want to palm them off that's all. i feel the same about mums who work. Why have them then run off to work.
And before you bleat about money, my hubby earns £220 a week, we own our own semi, have a car, and owe nothing except our mortgage. We manage
