we are always quick to slag them off, these tour operators, but ive just had my booking cofimation through, and weve been cofirmed for our ski packs, even though we were inside the too late date. I did stress at the time it was imperative we had them, so hats off to them.
ps whilst being able to fall down the slopes without any instruction,and having my own boots, its cheaper to book a package especially as the wifes having one as well and we got one kinder school place free!!!!

Hi Fraser, how's it going, are you still gonna try a board this time, or are you sticking with your ski's,that e/mail was returned again, i'll just wait until I see Bobi , WEATHER@DYGSYS SAYS SNOW TONIGHT AND FOR A FEW DAYS OFF AND ON,

You do realise you are complimenting Crystal for doing basic admin work that brings them commission?How many other shops or organisations have you complimented for simply doing their job - no more, no less!
I have found that the problems with Crystal start after the holiday is underway and they have you by the short and curlies - their reputation is earned and well deserved!

Couldnt agree more Bob, had bad experience with crystal two year ago when a mate got injured (not skiing but when taking a lady" friend" on a sleigh ride of all things!, the bl**dy horse took off and the sleigh overturned!) funny now, but him with the broken leg and a dented ego, and lonley holiday thereafter if you know what I mean! did not think so.
Crystal reps did very little to help (Austria), left us to get on with sorting all the medical arrangements, bills etc. they were too busy ...

Yes a reps life is hard work, it really is, especially with the transfers at night etc, but the perks are unbelievable. If you go through a firm such as Crystal, make sure you use the reps for any help, thats what they are there for, and after all they do earn a commission as Bob said for booking your holiday after all!
