currency exchange!!!!!

am i right in thinking all hotels will exchange english pounds free of charge as the bulgarians have more use for them???????????????????

Well they will change them for you, but I'm not sure if your reasons are completely accurate.

Rates of exchange will be displayed in the reception area.
