can anyone give me an idea of the cost involved for the daycare and the ski kindergarden at the rila have 2 kids going in age 3 and 4

The Balkan brochure says £9 per half day for 1-4 years old (no price for a full day)
or £16 per night (02/03 prices) just to give you an idea, but you'll need to ask on site.
Not cheap but what price freedom! (there's a speech in there somewhere)
