distance to borovets from pamps

Could anyone tell me how far borovets is from pamporova plesas as according to the weather reports there is next to no snow in pamporova but quite a bit in borovets and was wondering if it would be possible to travel there for a day skiing?

Take about 2.5- 3hours depending which rout. It's only 2.5-3 hours to Sofia from PAMPOROVO
