We got 2.70 at Exchange Plus which is a kiosk on the main street down from the rila.re: do we buy here or there???????
fine but be carefull of kiosks , apparantly they are professional con men .

Just make sure you ask how many Levs you are going to get for your money and then when its given to you count it out on the counter in front of them. It may be down 10 or 20 levs but there is no problem they just say sorry and give you what is rightfully yours. Thats what happened to me and a couple of friends.re: do we buy here or there???????
Not sure but the last years the post bank down in the Ela got the best rates, even as the Biochim bank office on the roas to Flora hotel, was around 2,85 last year, may this year 2,75 to 2,78 in Samokov sure that 2,78 to 2,80.Sune
