Bulgaria Ski discussion board

Many, many posts that violate the board rules get deleted at once, meaning you don't get to see hardly any of them. For those that are left longer than they should be - that's because we too have lives to lead as well as full time jobs to hold down.

If, and I say if for any reason we deem it acceptable to leave a post then that is our prerogative and we will never seek the permission of posters to carry out the job we have been trusted to do.

When I first joined this site (1O years ago) there was very little monitoring of the site, and vile obscene posts were being left unchallenged almost daily. I stopped all that, and I'm proud to say this board is kept 99% free of the junk that use to be commonplace.

To have people constantly questioning our decisions is, to be honest quite disheartening when all we do is to try and keep things running smoothly.

Of course we are not perfect - who is?

Arron and I have worked most of this weekend - phoning Bulgaria - phoning each other and trying to plan this discount card.

In the evening - rather than read comments like thanks guys or well done - we just have to read things that quite frankly just cheese's us off.

So - cut us some slack and realise we do this for nothing because we enjoy it - not for any financial reward, nor are we professional IT people. We like to think we make a difference - but you Philipf just seem to want to challenge everything we do.
