the gondla station is right next to kempinski, what time do you arrive as you can buy them the day before. if its a sat there is night skiing so will be open until late but dont know how late.
I really wouldn't worry about queing just either get them the evening before like Sam mentioned I am sure that they are open till about 6 pm. If not just get up reasonably early and be there as soon as you can. We waited for about 20 mins last year and everyone pre warned us last year that we would be there all morning but had no major dramas really.
it could depend on when your going we were there last year 3rd of march that weekend was a bulgarian bank holiday realy packed took from 8.30 until 11 to get passes and get up the mountain nightmare, so possibly varies with wait on the date you go.
What a pain in the arse, yeah thinking about it I think we were there end of Feb, the week after half term, it was still packed but not as busy as the week before I believe.
