hi just got in from a roller disco night in manchester bearing in mind im 26, its at billy rox, it was great except for the part i fell straight on my arse and landed on my coxic with my left hand to break the fall, this it very good practice for snowboardindg and now the fear factor has totally gone, i will def get some wrist supports and some impact shorts as falling on a hard wooden floor wrecks. Also i found that alcohol has great healing properties and blocks out pain.

if you see a holiday to bulgaria going cheap on here tomorrow, its because i have a broken wrist and fractured coccyx
