We went to Sofia airport last year, and found the dutyfree shop a big disapointment, (although a lot better than Plovdiv) It was'nt like that 6 years ago. Can you let us know what it's like this year please? Cheers

Not really that great unless you want whiskey - the prices can be as much if not more expensive than the UK!!

So much so we packed our own Christmas booze to come out with us this time! Just the price of good drink in BG is taxed so much i guess!

Howard, Try buying your spirits in the local supermarkets like Metro etc.
