emergency numbers confirmation please

looking for mountain rescue numbers found and given these, which ones should i use and up to date, should the (0) be included when dialling from mobile???

So Gavin the numbers for the PSS in Borvez are
07128 450 phone
088 1473 mobile,
you have to dial the 0 only don't dial if you are not in bg and dial 00359 before.

Example: if you are ringing from the UK you will need to dial:
359 29 632 000

Ringing from Bulgaria dial:
(0)29 632 000

Not entirely sure from a mobile, one of them will work tho'.

thanks but im presuming its the full number I use if im using a mobile, as when you use a mobile you have to put in the area code +359 is the country code???

From a UK mobile phone key the full number including the + but excluding the (0) e.g. +359 29 632 000 (yes +359 is the code for Bulgaria)
