As Bibblyb0bs says most apres ski venues are very comfortable and a shirt / top is all you need. Moving between venues is the cold bit but a good ski / board jacket will keep you nice and warm. Dont forget hat and gloves. Footwear though, now that a different story. Please remember that if you are going outside to move between venues you will need a good tread on your soles, trainers are not really suitable but will do at a push, walking boots are best but they are not very good for dancing. ...

Smooth soles on shoes and anything with a heel is a definite no no.
Use common sense and you will be fine.
t-shirt and jeans in the bars and eating establishments....and maybe a fleece for when your staggering back to the hotel....its not like your going on a polar expedition or anything...but if your planning on just standing outside all night then wrap up with lots of layers and a hat
You'll be roasting inside. Just warm stuff for the trip to and from wherever you end up. And, because I'm very old and sensible, something decent for the feet
