what you want to do is go out to bulgaria get your levs out of the cash point machine and you will be only charged £1.50, for the transation. i got my levs in england and for every 100 pounds i got out i worked out as i got 80 pounds worth of levs. i then went to boro got some money out and for every 100 pounds i got out i got 98.50 worth of levs. hope this helps.

Definately do so in resort, when there in jan at a local bank got 2.94 lev to the pound and no commision, so also steer away from ATM's if you can get to a local bank

Im going to borovets in 2 weeks got my Lev from The Post Office no commission on cash takes 48hrs to get rate of 2.61 to the pound.

2.80 levas to the £ in the resort so you don't have to mess around before you set off!!!!!
