excursions in borovets?

hiya everyone,
me and my boyfriend will be in borovets 18th-25th feb just wondering what excursions they have and how much they are??

thinking of snow mobile/skidoo half a day and a trip to plodiv or samokov ?

There are things like....

Skidoo, horse riding, 'Bulgarian' night, Sofia.

We went to Samakov and there was not a lot there shopping, sights wise but there are some nice restaurents (e.g. Target).

Some places offer a tour of the Rila Monastery http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rila_Monastery ... never been but heard good things from those who have.

Bus to samokov is 2 lev per person or a taxi around 15 to 20lev one way...

Skidoo's are 120lev for an hour for 2 peope - each person has 30mins driving...

In the Samokov Hotel there's a big board to the right of the main door with lots of excursion posters on. There's a tourist information place in the lobby as well. It didn't seem to me that you had to be a hotel guest or on a package holiday.

Also at the Hunters/Balkan-PMS office by the Flora Hotel they can book you on tours.

Every time I go to Borovets I think I will take a tour to the Rila Monastery because it is fabulous, but I've not managed it yet!
