Pete l see you stayed at the Markony can ask what it is like do they work with tour companys or are they independent.Thank you.

i am sure pete will get back 2u with a full reponse.You can book direct with them,but the cheaper way to book is either via a package with Balkan Holidays r if u find your own flights Balkan holidays will sell you this accomodation as accomodation only (hald board) prices resonable.

Glad you like the dog - she's a real beaut.
I booked with Balkan and I will never stay anywhere else again other than the Markony. Lora looked after us so well - the food was fantastic and the rooms are huge. Why I never stayed there before I'll never know. We had room No. 1 which consisted of a large lounge, large double bedroom and a large balcony /smokimg room. It sleeps 4 but there were only the 2 of us and there was no suppliment to pay for under occupancy.

Breakfast was cooked to order and you just asked for what you wanted. Evening meals were a choice of 4 dishes plus starters and pudding.
I could not fault the Markony for anything.
