first time in bansko

i'll be going to bansko for the first time during christmas. any info or advice? where to rent equipmnent? anything would be wellcome.
and how is life there except snowboarding.is there somewhere to go? places to see? restaurants?
we go there to learn to snowboard.because here in greece it is very difficult and expensive.

A good bit of advice would be to meet me and buy my drinks all night. There are plenty of restaurants I can't help any further because i have never been there before.

in Greece you have a lot of resorts not so expensive, now prices are higher in Bulgaria

Unfortunately Kris the situation in Greece is awful. The resorts are small, old and quite expensive considering the quality of their services. We have great mountains (most of them are already covered by snow) but the people up there do not know how to offer a good value for money.
For example a weekend at Parnassos mountain, which is the biggest and most popular resort in Greece (but with only 14 Km pistes) may cost you about 200 euros per person, while in Bansko you can stay for one week ...
