first time in borovets

Hi everyone, my wife and I are off to Borovets on the 29th of Jan. We are staying at the hotel Rila whats it like. Not been skiing for about 10 years but would like to know about some of the intermediate ski routes. Where do we get fitted for skis. Any good bars and restaurants that we should check out.
As you can tell not really sure what to expect so any tips would be great. Very Happy Very Happy

re: first time in borovets

Thanks Sean, I gather they tell you where to get the ski stuff from when you check in. Is it like when you go on holiday to spain etc and you have a welcome meeting, or do they just leave you to it. Booze

Just the same as Spain you will have a rep who will give you all the info you need we had a late arrival in Borovets so the rep gave us all our passes and directions on the coach journey to the resort and our welcome meeting was in the evening of the first day to which we were told about all the excursions . which tour company are you going with ????????????
