first timer in Boro!!!

Im travelling to boro on the 6th of march for the first time, ive never ski before but my other half is experienced! can anyone recomend the best places in boro to eat and drink. and if anyone has stayed at the victoria what was your take on it.

You'll love it. Me and my other half (Donna) will be there at the same time - we arrive on the 5th. We've chosen this time because local instructor last year told us that they normally have very good snow around this time. Food in the hotels left a bit to be desired, but in the resort it's cheap & good.

We are there on 5th March there is 49 of us flying out of Manchester.

Friends we met there stayed in the Victoria I believe. If it is the same place it is a few minutes walk outside the main resort which apparently was the only downside.

The upsides as I gather were that being outside the main area it was quiet, it is small, friendly and the food was good.

They left their ski gear in the Samokov so they didn;t have to hike that about.

Everyone has their own fav place, but everywhere is quite decent and cheap if you prefer to eat out. Enjoy sampling the various bars etc and form your own oppinion, you will enjoy!

buzz bar is definitely the place to be....my god the drinks are SOO cheap it should be illegal seriously 30 vodka red bull shooters for like a tenner!
