Rick,

Don't worry about the flying no one has ever died flying, it's the crashing that's the problem.

Its a fact that the chances of being involved in a plane crash, that you would have to take a flight every day of your life and you would have live for 26000 YEARS!

Don't worry about flying with balkan airlines-- they never fly high as they are that rickety they can't pressurise the cabin, also they don't fly high so they can't get lost-they know every house light.
Just joking about the lights.
have a good trip folks
I'm as nervous as you.

One of my party travelling out has the same problem. Try some herbal tablets called Kalms, they take the edge off, but you have to take them for a few days before you go as well as when you leave. thay have no side effects i know of, and i used to use them for exam time when i was a student, worked a treat there. Another good tip is that the only sensations when flying are on take off and landing, terrible sensations if im you pilot, lol, but for airline pilots who do it daily you wont ...

Another good tip is that the only sensations when flying are on take off and landing, terrible sensations if im you pilot, lol, but for airline pilots who do it daily you wont notice much. the rest of the time music, conversation, a film if you lucky will all take your mind off the fact your in the air. If you have a really bad problem you can get a mild sedative from your doctor.
Last but not least just remember that really it is the safest form of transport and more people die every year on the roads of the world than have ever died in plane crashes, if you dont include the two world wars. Basically you should be more afraid of the journey to and from the airports than the flights. Good luck hope it helps.
