you have now got the snow you have been wishing for, but you best start wishing the fog will go otherwise you might have a long christmas in the departure lounge at the airports, been big delays today with all domestic flights cancelled at heathrow.

Typical -we must be the least well-prepared country ever! Slightest flake of snow/wisp of fog/ray of sun and the whole place grinds to a halt! We've had the gritters out here every night since the end of October - but now it's actually freezing there's none to be seen!
