free chillfactore manchester

ive got 3 recreational skiing/snowboarding tickets for tonight on the 9.00pm to 10.30pm slot if anybody wants them for free. it would be a shame to waste them. i cant get a refund or move to another time, chill factore policy.....the lads that were supposed to be going are stuck on an oil rig in the north sea..
so if antbody wants them, drop me a mail and ill give you the booking ref so you can collect them..or can meet and ill hand them over.
im going anyway so dont feel obliged to talk. ...

Just for future reference - the Snowdome had the same policy.

However I made a major cock-up in my family's booking - partly mine and partly my daughters fault -but they were very good and altered my booking.

Not easy and you definately need a good reason but don't rule out trying.

Confused luckily i was there early!! so still got my 1.5 hours...infact i was still on the slope..alone, when they turned the snow cannons on.. just hope debbie an steph managed to get in okay because i forgot to mention they also gave me the wrong booking ref on the phone so when i got there it was 50 questions starting with postcode...
rant over, im going to bed Wink

Hi Marra

Yeah we got in fine too, although they did say we could have the 15 mins or so we lost as a result of the cock up back for next time, so I reckon you could try and put a complaint to the call centre!!! Was really good to have a go there and many thanks again for being so kind and letting us have the passes!!

Oh and there was a letter to the manchester evening news about chill factor recently and how a lady had asked to change times etc on a taster lesson due to bereavement ...
