future of bansko

does anyone reckon the bulding works, roads and pavements in bansko will ever be completed? I'd also like to know if there will ever be any interest in banskos property market in the future? Should they have a resale market within the next 5 years?
just curious about other opinions

Bansko will turn out well, but it wont happen overnight. I,m making my first trip since foundation stage next week and i,m really looking forward to seeing the place. I,ll give you my thoughts when I get back.
