Got it....

Level 4...

The square that the laser is in will be square 1...
Put the first splitter in the square thats 6 sq's along and 6sq's up.
Put the second one in the square thats 9sq's along and 3 sq's up
Put the last one in the square thats 12sq's along and 6sq's up.

Or there abouts....
