ime going to pamps on 3rd feb with doitman and 8 other lads and conditions and forecasts dont look good.This seems to becoming a regular thing for pamps year in year out.how can pamps survive with a ski season thats only 6 to 8 weeks long and less and less people going there.i really do fear for this lovely place

Sadly it is as you say an all to familiar story with Pamps and must be a real worry. I was so hoping this was going to be a cracking year for all the resort's. I know we still have Feb and March to go but the tour ops stop mid March so as you say this will only give it an 8 week season.
I did read an article before xmas that suggested in around 25 years time no ski resort under 5000ft will have a reliable ski season at best a few short weeks. I am not fan of the climate change brigade but ...

think everyone flying out then is getting worried to be honest. i was under the impression of all the resorts, bansko generally had the best conditions but that may not be the case!!re: geting worried
