Depends if you want a tour company or to go independently.
Balkan are taking bookings until the 11th April and were offering free or reduced lift passes etc.
If going independently, you need to check out airlines, watch out for hidden costs for baggage etc. Accommodation should not be a problem as visitor numbers are down. Try Flora, Royal Plaza apartments and negotiate. Not sure if you need ski school etc but you may find FIONA on here helpful.

Watch the extras, like transfers, lift passes etc, they sometimes bump the price up above what tour companies maybe offering.
hi, thanks for the reply, we are looking for the cheapest way, do you no of any tour companys going there, we dont need ski school, but do need lift passes, and will be taking our own ski gear.
You maybe limited to choice for those dates. I know Balkan Holidays are operating until 11th April in Borovets but not sure of others. You could try Google. Tour companies offer the cheapest lift passes, as they buy them at the start of the season at discount.
Try Balkan and if they have the dates etc you want, try negotiating a cheap/free lift pass, especially if they can't offer your nearest airport.
