There are two, nearish - one is in Ihtiman, about 40 kms from Borovets but its distinctly basic. The other is in the outskirts of Sofia, near to the airport (St Sofia). Its really quite posh, being the plaything of a very rich 'businessman'. Of course, the season for both ends late Oct/early Nov.

Ian i am a huge fan you were really unlucky no to win the open in 2008 , what date(s) are you thinking of going to borovets at ?
