Have just looked at this site and their rate is now 2.21 according to their currency converter however they are a trading company who deal with buying and selling currency in the financial market in order to make a profit so am not sure that holiday makers can use them to get currency.

Ive been looking into it loads and the best rates i have found in uk can only be ordered on line. Go into a google search and type travelcare. When it brings up your results scroll down till you see a link for curreny-exchange.com. If you order over £100 worth there are no additional charges.
