re: gradings

Just got back on Saturday from Pamps and hadn't really thought about the gradings until I saw this posting. I got an A1, and I think everyone in Margo's class did. Didn't think of asking if this was good or bad, just know that we were doing green runs (6 & 7) at the start of day 3, and some of the blues on day 5. I was impressed with the instruction we received, but was also lucky to have people in the group who really had come to learn to ski, and not just to 'give it a go'

re: gradings

Grading usual start at A and run to D.

D being the best.

Funny, it was always the other way when I was at school Confused

When we first skied many many years ago we got A and though it was terrific, until we found out it was the lowest we could get.

Don't worry, it's standard to get an A grade on your first year, no matter how good or bad you were.

Cool

re: gradings

Think Margo gives A1 grades to everybody in her group. We had 2 folk in our group who were excellent and were doing blacks and parallel turning etc by day 4 and they got A1`s. Looked as though they`d skied for years.

Id give margo a A+ for her pole dancing mind-the last night in BJ`s she was wild- like a drink fuelled nympho swinging roun the champs pole!! Not complaining though Razz Hope she`s there next year! Wink Im hungary for more
