halfpipe

Hi, having been to borovets before, and there was no snow!(last xmas!) i am going out there again this feb, and have seen on a website the following...quote ". . Snowboarders enjoy the Rotata half-pipe with a vertical drop of 1,050ft (320m), suitable for advanced riders at its upper end and beginners at the lower end. "
i found the rotata last time, but cant imagine it as a half pipe?!?!
does this actually happen? and if so, has any one got any pics of it??
