Anyone flying from Heathrow 8.35 on 19th and going to Borovets. I went to collect
my eagerly awaited tickets yesterday and was surprised to be given a piece of paper with our names on it and was told that tickets weren't issured anymore with
BA. Has anyone got the same . Does this bit of paper work?
ive just flown BA to sofia using an e ticket ,for borovets skiing holiday ,main thing , dont loose that piece of paper , you wont be ble to fly without it and you willl need to show your passport at check in .

I booked on the internet last year and we didn't get a ticket. No problems that bit of paper should be treated in the same way you would tickets so keep it in a safe place along with passport, money etc. Locked away in a safety deposit box is best.
You don't need the piece of paper. That is the advantage of an e ticket. They just look up your booking from your name and destination. You can of course ask for tickets - I think the cost is £25 extra - then you can lose them and have to buy new ones. E ticket is the way ahead. You can even check in on line up to 12 hours before. I sound like an advert for BA!
