No isn't it.
It is a nice Hotel around 2,5 km away from the centre of Borovez behind Malina and Yagoda Village with a fantastic panorama view over the Rila mountains. And I think it is one of the best Hotels in Borovez,
The Appartment block was build last year and is left from the "older" hotel building
