help

I wonder can anyone tell me which is the best ski school to go to in bansko, as we have 2 children and we have never skied before. Also can we hire out ski clothing over there, or is it just the boots and equipment?

re: help

I would buy my clothes before hand, you can get some good deals here and to be honest not that much cheaper to hire. If you have booked through a tour op I would go through them for a ski package. If not some of the hotels have ski schools they can advice, plenty of places to hire your stuff and you can buy lift passes from the gondla station and they take visa,

Costco is doing loads of cheap ski gear at the moment, if there is one near you its worth a look.

re: help

TK Max is the perfect place for your stuff at a good price. Also Ebay.
Apart from skiing in the clothes the kids would benefit from them in play

re: help

Tonya, as with everything in life there are no gaurantess with the best ski instructers!! Plenty of choice if you want to go private. I would personaly recomend Oggie, completely mad but a fantastic instructor. If you want his contact details sign up for the skidvd.co.uk website and you will find them their. Wink
