i am new here so please be careful?I am thinkig of buying an apartment in bansco to let,would this be a good thing?all comments would be great????

There are probably more qualified people to answer this than me but for what its worth IMO I would not buy to let ATM.
If you love bulgaria, skiing, go out there loads and have plenty of dosh then it will probably work.
Apparently the supply of rental properties will outstrip demand.

Try and seek advice from people who have bought what you are looking at.

Anyway dont worry about property have a Booze
