i am staying in the breza on the 2nd of feb can't wait has anyone been there before or have any opinions about it, is it close to the lifts?

We're going 26 jan staying at breza, I've been told
it's alright but nothing to write home about but the bar is cheap. The stairs down to the ski storage cellar are a bit lethel in ski boots but will be alright if your boarders.
