hi anyone stayed in hotel finlandia? is it a good hotel to stay in?

very good,clean and very warm,very helpfull staff.
the only downer its a fair way from all the nightlife.

its got to be taxis,the roads are bad plus no lighting.
i was there 2 years ago, the taxis cost around £4 each way.
but always agree a price before you get in,and hold on tight.
bulgarian taxi drivers think each ride is a down hill race.
